atoChat

As promised, I will be working on atoChat over the weekend. I'll put any progress here I guess...

Who wants to see the current v0.7 changelog? Eh? :D
  • Installer updated with new skin
  • Now almost XHTML compliant
  • Javascript moved to its own .js file, instead of being in the index.php
  • All the ajax calls are much more stable now, it initializes it's own xmlHttp object for each call instead of using a global one.
  • Help screen updated, looks much better now
  • showsmileys() will now only display image files. Good for when windows makes that annoying Thumbs.db file, then atoChat ends up thinking it's a smiley.
  • Cleaned up all the files and includes
  • Now using atolib library
  • Update checker updated
  • Color picker added instead of dropdown menu
  • Central PHP script for the chat is no longer central
Edit at 11:55PM GMT: Still working on it! It's doing very well. I can't believe how unoptimized and illogical some parts of atoChat are. Oh well, It's all going to be brought up to my new standard! Remember, last version of atoChat was probably more than a year ago, So a lot has changed since then! (Also, Please don't expect a release today or tomorrow. It will most probably be ready next Sunday. I still have the admin panel to do!)

Great News! I was hoping tht along with the Return key posting a message, if you could put a post button somewhere, as people who are on the Wii Browser on my site can access the chat, but cannot speak..
